Ongoing Weekly Events

Write the Word – Mark

July – October 2017

Gals, do you struggle to find time to be in the Word? Taking the time to copy scripture is a great way to slow down our brains and meditate on the words that you are reading and writing. It only takes 5-10 minutes, and the rewards are eternal! If you are interested in joining our scripture writing group, please go to WRITE THE WORD Facebook group and ask to join. We will be writing out the book of Mark for the next 4 months, and booklets are available at the Connect Center free of charge.

Read the Bible in a Year

January 1 – December 31, 2017
Want to read through the Bible this coming year? Then stop by the Connect Center and pick up a 5-day Chronological Bible Reading Plan. It lists the weekly readings and provides a place where you can check off your progress. It allows you to read the entire Bible (or just the New Testament) in one year while only reading five times a week. Five readings a week gives room to catch up or take a needed day off, and makes daily Bible reading practical and do-able. Join us this year!
